Our Friends and Family Unit

These are some of our family houses. You can see a close up below. Above the houses, you can see some of the friendship collages. In groups, we selected things that represented us--then compared them to the others in our group. It proved we don't have to like the same things to be friends!

Below is one of our family tree projects. The students completed a family tree, colored and cut out the family members, and glued them onto the construction paper. Fun family lessons can be accessed at this site: Georgia Department of Education
